Hot to structure a PR strategy with a small budget?

So, to structure a PR strategy with a small budget, I would say that is necessary, when we do public relations, to always analyse the ROI (return over investment) of the initiatives. In this sense, we can say that, for example, public relations that produce a ROI every 4 or 5 months, when they are well done, are quite wonderful, a remarkable ROI.

Overall, I believe that what must be learned is that, for a startup communication plan, is important to consider the communication in the broad sense as a key point of success for your company. The product is obviously important, but often we have a tendency to favour the product development, and to forget, a little, the communication side.

For many countries it is not the case, but for us it is how it usually happens. So, do not neglect the budget that should be put in this front. Currently we do evaluations since the launching of activities: it is important for the success of startups and the good communication use.
